Episode #110 "Lonely Dick"

Sally takes on the job of researching women and their grooming and beauty secrets. Sally, Tommy and Harry visit the cosmetics section of a local department store where Sally becomes more confused than enlightened but wants to learn more. Tommy runs into August, a girl from school, and they are mutually attracted. Harry and Sally encounter Phillip, an aggressive cosmetics salesman, who introduces Harry to the finer points of skin care and opens the door to a new career. Meanwhile, when Dr. Albright leaves town for a short retreat, Dick feels devastated and abandoned. Plagued by loneliness, he tries unsuccessfully to phone her and cannot persuade Nina, even though she thinks she's about to be fired, to help him locate Dr. Albright. At his wits' end, Dick enlists Tommy to help him break in to Dr. Albright's apartment in a futile attempt to find clues to her whereabouts. He looks through her belongings and becomes obsessive when he finds her fuzzy slippers. When Dr. Albright finally returns to work, Dick is filled with joy and relief but startles her and Nina with his exuberant greeting.
