Episode #221 "Sensitive Dick"

Dick is so brutally frank in class that the students file a complaint and he has to face a disciplinary committee; Mary and Nina agree that Dick needs to clean up his act, so he takes sensitivity training and begins wearing unitards to class and giving happy faces instead of grades, and the class files another complaint. Vicki Dubcek is back visiting her mother and takes Harry to her class reunion where he tries to impress everyone that he's a VIP. Sally and Officer Don take Tommy for a driving lesson in the squad car and are involved in a high speed chase. Dick is officially admonished, but is blase when he learns there will be no further punishment; the class apologizes and tells Dick they hadn't intended for their complaint to lead to a hearing. And Tommy fails his driving test; he can handle a high speed chase, but a twenty miles an hour he hit three parked cars.
