Episode #407 "DIII: Judgment Day"

Sally urges Dick to be honest and tell Jennifer that it's over; Dick tries, but Jennifer doesn't get it. Don takes Sally bowling and finds her unortodox style a bit alarming. Mary blames herself for losing Dick and tells Nina that she's really blown it; Nina advises her to go get him back. Dick wants Mary back but when she approaches him and he realizes she feels responsible for their problems, he gets stubborn and decides to make Mary feel miserable a little longer; he tells Harry and Tommy it seems that the less available he is the more Mary wants him. Jennifer, he says, is obviously his bargaining chip. Don takes Sally bowling again, and she loves knocking the pins down, but sportsmanship is a foreign concept to her. Frustrated that Mary has no clue how to win Dick back, Nina urges her to flirt shamelessly with Dick and live up to her trashy reputation. Jennifer confronts Dick and asks if his feelings have changed, and it becomes clear he's using her.Jennifer leaves in a huff, but Dick tells Sally he has to get her back so he can make more progress with Mary. Don sneaks away with Harry and Tommy to go bowling leaving a puzzled Sally behind, but Sally tracks them down. Dick tries to win Jennifer back with orchids but she's horribly allergic to them. Sally feels betrayed, but when Don tries to honestly tell her that her bowling is horrifying, she bursts into tears and he swears he was joking. Dick and Mary make up, and Dick breaks up with Jennifer who'd love to rip his head off but who instead, a Mary's invitation, goes to her house for a drink.
