Episode #423 "Dick's Big Giant Headache Part I"

Vicki reminds Harry that they need to keep trying seriously to have a baby. Alissa and Tommy are talking about going to the prom; Vicki overhears them and gets misty-eyed. She didn't go to her prom because her married boyfriend's wife wouldn't let him out of the house. Harry gets a transmission from the Big Giant Head: the mission has received a sub-standard evaluation, and the B.G.H. is on his way to earth to check things out. The aliens go into panic mode, each blaming the other for the shortcomings of the mission. Dick commands Sally to move back into the apartment, forbids Harry to father an earth baby and says he's sure that the B.G.H. will understand that all the time he's spent with Mary has been vital to his research. The B.G.H. arrives at the airport and is clearly drunk as he's escorted off the plane by two flight attendants. He goes off to a nearby bar for more alcohol and wakes up the next day with a hideous hangover. He asks Dick for a progress report on the mission, and Dick can only reply lamely. Dick introduces the B.G.H. (who has taken the name Stone Phillips) to Mary, and they hate each other on sight. Vicki confronts Harry and demands to know why he's been avoiding her. Sally tries to talk seriously to Stone about her ideas for the mission, but he'd rather look at her legs. The only things that he seems to find interesting are getting drunk, partying and ordering the other aliens around. Officer Don comes to a bar where they're all gathered and says there have been complaints about Stone's behavior. At Sally's urging, Don reluctantly backs off. Stone tells Sally that he finds Dick disappointing; he's naming her the new high commander.
