Episode #501 "The Baby Menace"

  In the resolution to last Season's cliffhanger, Sally is still High Commander, Dick has been made Security Officer, and Vicki (Jan Hooks) gives birth to her baby. The Solomons rejoice when the baby appears to be human. Trouble erupts, however, when Vicki phones a tabloid reporter (Curtis Armstrong) to sell him the story of little Eric Travis' alien conception. After the Solomons' attempts to hide themselves, Vicki, and the baby from the reporter backfire, a panicked Sally orders Dick to kill the man. When Dick refuses, she vows to kill the reporter herself. Dick reminds Sally that High Commanders are forbidden to kill, so she demotes herself to Security Officer, which makes Dick High Commander again. He's back! The Solomons are unable to keep the reporter away from Vicki and her son, but when the guy sees baby Eric Travis, he's unimpressed, pronouncing him boringly human. A saddened Vicki takes the baby and heads back to Orlando.
