Sally
decides to go on the pill without telling Don, because she thinks
he'll be insulted that she doesn't want to breed with him. The pill
makes Sally have crazy, rapid mood swings. Sally finally tells Don
what's been going on, and he tells her he's already using protection,
so it's okay -- in fact, great -- if she goes off the pill. Problem
solved. Albright is flabbergasted when she realizes Dick's been
pocketing the tips she's been leaving in restaurants since they
began dating. He decides to begin tipping "a generous three to five
percent," but can't understand why he should have to tip people
at all when they give him poor service. He tries to develop a new
merit-based method of tipping, which annoys Albright enough that
she offers to always pay for dinner. Tommy and Harry are mistaken
for homeless beggars. They like the idea of random passersby giving
them money for doing absolutely nothing, and get more and more aggressive
in their methods, which leads to their getting a citations for panhandling.
When Dick tries to tip the policeman for his service, he gets arrested.
