Ruth's been under a lot of pressure lately, and her mood reflects it. When an inspector closes the Flower Café because of a problem with a vent, her mood gets even worse. Pauline and Erica want to take Ruth to a spa for a weekend of pampering while the café is closed, but Ruth has never been on a vacation without Hilton. He finally convinces her she needs a break, and they leave Hilton in charge of the café. Carla, the chaperone of a Brazilian girls' choir, offers Hilton five hundred dollars to rent the café for a private party for the girls, who are college seniors. Hilton hesitates, but the money is too enticing to resist. Meanwhile, Ruth has no idea that they're at an "alternative" spa until everyone has to hike through the woods naked. She goes along until she learns that fire walking is also on the agenda. Back at the café, the party gets out of control almost immediately with musicians, soccer players, pina coladas and everyone doing the samba. Griffin couldn't be happier, but Hilton knows this could be trouble and tries to lead a conga line out of the café and onto the subway. Ruth, who called during the party and has no idea what's going on, arrives home to find Hilton leading the conga line and the crowd chanting his name. But in spite of the chaos, Ruth can't be angry when the Brazilians tell her that Hilton has been telling everyone how much he misses her.
