Episode #309 "The Episode Episode"

Hilton goes for a check-up with Ruth, who hits the ceiling when she learns that Hilton's cholesterol is up to 210. She starts ranting about Hilton's terrible eating habits and lack of exercise, and it's not long before she begins tormenting Hilton with healthy but tasteless food substitutes. Jurnee brings over a goldfish and suggests that a pet could help Hilton relieve stress, which often causes high cholesterol. But Hilton only wants junk food, so when Ruth offers him halibut, he says he'd rather go hungry and sneaks over to the café. He tries to get something fried and delicious, but Erica won't hear of it. In desperation, Hilton returns to the doctor, who prescribes a pill that will lower his cholesterol by thirty percent. Hilton immediately goes back to his old ways, acting like a six-year-old and eating gallons of ice cream - and Ruth starts nagging him again. But when Hilton panics and thinks he's having a heart attack, Ruth is surprised when the doctor says it's only a stress attack, caused by her pressuring her husband.
