Episode #313 "Refrigerator Logic"

Hilton surprises Ruth with a fancy new refrigerator, which immediately begins making strange noises. He calls the store's customer service line, and after spending a great deal of time on the phone, convinces them to send someone out to look at it. When the repairman finally shows up, he says that the refrigerator needs a part that will take a week to arrive and charges forty-five dollars for the visit. Furious, Hilton calls customer service again, and is not only told the part will take a month to come in, but he is also insulted by the customer service representative. Pauline suggests Hilton call "60 Minutes" and report the incident. Instead of calling Mike Wallace, Hilton shows up at the repair office to make a complaint. There, Randy, one of the customer service representatives, ends up doing all the complaining to Hilton about his horrible job. The next day, Hilton manages to fix the refrigerator on his own, and naturally can't help bragging about it.
