Episode #101 (Pilot) "Virgin, Mother, Crone"

  While stuck in rush-hour traffic, Cybill meets Teddy, an attractive gentleman who asks her out. She surprises herself by asking him for his card. Cybill arrives home just in time to find her 16-year-old daughter, Zoey, and a partially-clad hunk who has recently used Cybill’s shower. Much to Zoey’s dismay, Cybill dismisses him and forbids Zoey from dating this "older man." As she is preparing for Teddy’s arrival for their first date, Cybill is informed that her elder daughter, Rachel, is pregnant. Cybill is ecstatic until she realizes that this will make her a grandmother. After having a disastrous near-intimate encounter with Teddy, in an effort to re-affirm her desirability, she is comforted by Maryann, whose life is admittedly more depressing than her own.
