Cybill is upset when she loses the "Golden Stinkie" Award from the local film critic (an award she's won four consecutive years in a row for Stupidest Death Scene) to Shannon Tweed. Trying to make her feel better, Maryann consults the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce about getting Cybill a star on the Walk of Fame. In the process of getting information, Maryann discovers someone has already put in an application for her and that Cybill actually has a fan club. Cybill arranges to meet her big fan, Minnie Arbogast. Minnie produces a box filled with memorabilia from Cybill's movie career. She also reveals that Cybill has been immortalized in Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum in London for her performance in "Oliver the Twisted." Cybill angers Minnie when she suggests that these horror films didn't mean anything to her artistically. Minnie storms off, leaving the memorabilia, which includes Cybill's wax head from Madame Tussaud's. Cybill and Maryann vow to get it back to the museum. Traveling to London, Cybill and Maryann sneak the head into the Chamber of Horrors. In the process of replacing it, the head is damaged, and Cybill must pretend to be the statue. She vows to stand frozen, until someone recognized her as someone other than Shelley Hack. Meanwhile, Zoey plays poorly at her audition for the Conservatory. She's offered a desk job with the Philharmonic and considers taking it, giving up her musical hopes forever. Ira and Cybill wonder if Zoey is crazy enough to live the life of a performer and encourage Julia to talk Zoey into giving music one more shot. Zoey decides not to give up her dream and gets a job as a "Barbie," playing piano at children's birthday parties.
