Cy
b i l l’s niece, Claire, comes to Los Angeles to visit her aunt
for the first time. Eager to show Claire some fun, Cy b i l l ,
Ma ryann and Zoey plan to take her to a "tragically hip" L.A. club
that night. That is, until Cybill remembers that tonight is Ir a’s
birt h d a y. Cybill feels bad for forgetting his special day and
tires to schedule something with him at the last minute. Howe ve
r, Ira claims he’s having some friends over for poker and can’t
go out. Ira having plans seems unlikely to Cybill and she, there
f o re, thinks he’s lying. So, the girls plan to kidnap Ira and
take him to a Laker’s game… just for the fun of it. As they get
re a d y, Cybill finds a picture of her on the movie set in Bakersfield
and behind her, serving the food, is Claire’s father. Cybill feels
bad for not remembering meeting her brother shown in the photo,
especially since he was giving her food. After kidnapping a hooded
"Ira," Cybill, Ma ryann, Zoey and Claire drive off, disguising their
voices as thugs in front of "Ira." A siren goes off behind them,
and Ma ryann breaks character. She tells the girls to calm d own
as they pull ove r. Cybill instructs Zoey to take the bag off of
"Ir a’s" head before the cop comes to the window. Zoey does and
we soon see that they have kidnapped the wrong person. "Ira" is
Eddie, Ir a’s publisher. Cybill, Ma ry a n n , Zoey and Claire return
Eddie to Ir a’s poker game and apologize. Ira accepts Cy b i l l’s
apology. Ma ryann talks with Ed d i e about a book she’s considering
writing, "The Ex - Wi f e’s Guide to Healing," as Cybill rests on
the couch. In the meantime, Zoey cons the other poker players with
an amazing hand, as evident by Claire’s expression, "How do you
like them pickles." Cybill overhears this and flashes back to 1994
when she was on that movie shoot in Bakersfield. T h e man in the
picture said, "how do you like them pickles" when she put whipped
cream on her iced tea. Fi n a l l y, Cy b i l l remembers her brother
and demonstrates it to Claire by making his famous lima bean guacamole.
In the end, the poker stakes are high. Ma ryann bets fifteen-thousand
dollars and Cybill bets Ir a’s house. Cybill loses.
