Episode #302 "Movin' On Down"

Grace asks John for an advance to buy a new water heater, and he not only denies her request but also informs her that she has been demoted from crew chief to crew because the company is downsizing. A worried Grace has no idea how she'll make ends meet with the cut in pay. Much to Nadine's embarrassment and irritation, Quentin starts hugging and kissing her at every opportunity. Grace talks to Russell about her job situation, and they decide that she should air her grievances to the oil company executives. Grace meet Rick Bradshaw, a corporate exec, and states her case, but is shocked to learn that she wasn't actually demoted. In fact, John's job was eliminated, and he took her job. Wade decides that it's time to talk to Quentin about hitting on Nadine. And Grace angrily confronts John about what he has done.
