When Grace learns that a group of parents are trying to get the school's janitor, Mr. Mullens, fired because he has HIV, she pays him a visit to show her support and not only is she rebuffed but also learns that he is a genuinely nasty man who deserves to be fired, not because he is sick, but for dozens of other reasons. When his classmate Lucy invites Quentin to a school dance, Grace asks both Russell and Rick to do a little male bonding with Quentin and answer his questions about girls, but it's Rick's advice that serves Quentin well.
