Episode #325 "You Go, Girl"

Rick continues to be unsuccessful in his job search, so at Grace's urging he takes a temporary job at the refinery. Wade and Nadine struggle to find the perfect name for their child. Russell's ex-wife Barbara is stood up at the altar, and Russell's sympathetic response leads to a renewal of their relationship. When he realizes that he can't stand the demeaning refinery job for another day, Rick asks Grace to marry him and to take the kids and move with him to Alaska. Jimmy wants Grace to do what will her make her happy, and even the kids seem agreeable to the move, but Grace realizes she can't totally disrupt her life and leave her home and friends for a man she's known less than a year. Rick leaves for Alaska, and a miserable Grace stays behind and confronts a bottle of liquor.
