Episode #423 "Sam's Dad"

Grace notices that Jerry, her neighbor and Sam's father, has been spending quite a lot of time at her house. When Russell mentions that he's noticed too Grace says that he's probably just lonely since his wife, who's clinically depressed, doesn't spend much time with him, but Russell says his wife has new medication and is feeling much better. Jean begins experiencing serious memory lapses, and Grace tells Jimmy she's going to get her to a doctor. Under protest Jean goes to the doctor and gets medication for poor circulation that has been causing her memory loss. And when Grace asks Jerry why he's been coming around so much, he says since his wife's recovery he feels he doesn't know her anymore and besides Grace is smart and funny and he loves being around her. Grace tells him that Katherine is a great wife and she's sure things will work out for the two of them and it's Katherine he should be spending his time with.
