Episode #424 "Grace Graduates"

Grace is about the get her degree, after twenty years, and everyone at Stevie Ray's is impressed. Libby finds Grace's high school yearbook, and Grace and Nadine do some reminiscing. Grace goes on some extremely dreary interviews including one for a public relations job at the refinery where she learns she'd be making less than she made in her previous job there. Rob tells Grace not to be too concerned; his job has nothing to do with what he studied in college. But Grace needs a job, and, after all her lousy interviews, it's pretty difficult to convince Quentin, who's studying for his PSAT test, that going to college will help him find a great job. And, as the oldest member of the graduating class, Grace gives a commencement speech.
