To
Grace's amazement, she lands a job with an ad agency in Victory,
but she's soon frustrated by the regimentation and lack of creativity;
she e-mails her boss about her frustrations but mistakenly sends
it to the main office in St. Louis, which prompts a visit from the
creative director of the St. Louis office who offers Grace a job
there. Grace would love to take the job, but her dilemma is what
to do about the kids, since she has to leave immediately. She calls
a family conference to see how the kids would feel about her going
to St. Louis and, temporarily, leaving them behind with Jean and
Jimmy. It's immediately apparent that Quentin would have no problem
with one less person telling him what to do, but Libby is very upset.
Jimmy tells Grace she should take the job, and even Jean tells her
she needs to follow her heart, while Wade promises that he and Nadine
will help keep an eye on the kids. Grace promises Libby she can
visit her really soon and leaves for St. Louis to pursue her new
career.
