Jamie
proudly tells Brenda he’s found a job and invites her out
for dinner at a nice restaurant. He confesses to Steve that he’s
being paid to take part in a lab experiment. A puzzled Steve tells
Jamie he and Katie have been dating and having a great time, but
he can’t get to first base, she doesn’t even let him
kiss her. Jamie says Katie’s a “bad girl” and
she’s looking for a bad boy; she doesn’t want romance.
Katie, meanwhile, is telling Brenda that she loves how romantic
Steve’s being; she sees real potential in this relationship
and doesn’t want to jeopardize anything, but, after three
dates, she’s about to give in and sleep with him. She’s
going to make him a beautiful candlelight dinner and let things
progress from there. A concerned Jamie tells Steve that he has milk
coming out of his nipples; the pills he’s taking for the lab
experiment contain bovine estrogen and he swallowed all the pills
at once so he wouldn’t forget to take them. Steve arrives
at Katie’s for dinner playing the role of bad boy to the hilt;
he sweeps the dishes and flowers off the table and sends them crashing
onto the floor. Later, Steve tells Jamie that Jamie’s advice
about Katie couldn’t have been worse, so he’s going
to Mahoney’s, alone, and drink himself blind. He’s still
lactating, but Jamie’s going ahead with his date with Brenda;
the milk begins to flow during dinner, and a mortified Jamie tries
to cover up the evidence and distract Brenda. Steve picks up a girl,
Dody, at the bar and brings her back to the apartment. They’re
on the couch when Katie comes over to try to figure out what happened
to their romantic date.
