Episode #420 "Jackie’s Cheese Squeeze"

At the Cheese Palace, Jackie’s fuming, because Michael has failed to pick her up for the fourth time this week. Eric happens to walk by just as a hopeful Todd is giving her a “comforting” hug and a kiss. Jackie’s mortified, while Eric’s elated. Maybe he’ll tell Kelso or maybe not, but he’ll torture Jackie until he’s bored. Kitty’s frustrated, because Red’s spending all his time in the driveway with his new Corvette; she has to drag him inside when Bob and Joanne come for dinner. Joanne observes that Kitty’s becoming a Corvette widow. Eric can’t resist passing on the dirt he has on Jackie. He takes Donna, Fez and Hyde aside separately, tells each of them that they’re the only one he’s telling and swears them to secrecy. To prove Joanne wrong, Red promises Kitty he’ll take her on a special date the next day, but Kitty’s less than thrilled when she learns that the “date” is a trip to a classic car show. Eric has a great time torturing Jackie in front of the others with no-so-cryptic remarks about their secret, but Kelso’s oblivious. Jackie pleads with Eric to show her a little compassion, but when that doesn’t work she goes on the offensive. She’ll tell Michael that his good friend Eric saw her kiss another guy but has told him about it. Not if Eric tells him first. They both take off. Jackie gets to Kelso first and tells him about the kiss, but he leaves in a huff before she can tell him about Eric. Eric takes pity on Jackie and suggests that she tell Kelso the truth. The kiss happened when she was feeling extremely vulnerable. Jackie, in return for Eric’s advice, promises not to rat him out. Kelso tells the gang that Jackie cheated on him with the cheese guy. They all try to act surprised. Hyde urges him to kick the cheese guy’s ass. Kelso does punch Todd, but not before Todd tells him that he’s been so busy being a model that he’s been neglecting Jackie. Then Todd, a black belt, chases a frightened Kelso into the mall. After the auto show, Red and Kitty are upset with each other. Red’s especially annoyed, because Kitty “accidentally” dropped a funnel cake in his car. Kelso shows up at the Formans with a huge black eye. When Red hears Kelso’s story, he realizes that he’s been neglecting Kitty too. She gets her revenge by dragging him to a knitting bee at the community center. And Kelso tells Jackie that he wants to forgive her, but he has a lot of anger to get rid of. She rats Eric out without a second thought, and Kelso chases him out the door.
