Hyde, Eric and Jackie all need jobs, so they're going to the job fair to see what's available. Donna says she'll be working in the radio station's booth as "Hot Donna." She's embarrassed at being an object for guys to leer at. Fez can't wait to go. Nina will be at the DMV booth, and they'll be able to make out during a school day! Fez and Kelso are in Kelso's van stopped at a light when Fez announces that Kelso has a gray hair. Kelso freaks out and hits a cop car. Red tells Eric that if he insists on staying engaged to Donna, then Red's not paying for Eric's college. When Kelso sees that he hit the car belonging to a hot lady cop, he's not worried. He thinks he can dazzle Officer Debbie with his charm and good looks, but it doesn't happen. Kelso tells Eric and Donna that what happened has made him realized that looks fade; he's not going to be able to model forever. He's going to have to get a realistic job just like ugly people. Which sounds better, wide receiver or spy? Red says America's employers are going to jumping for joy when they meet the pretty-boy moron, the engaged hop-head and the mush-mouth foreigner. At the Holiday Hotel ballroom, Eric investigates a variety of jobs, but they all seem to involve handling dead animals. He's overjoyed when he meets a bank rep who's looking for tellers. The rep assures him he won't be required to murder animals. Nina's not up for any hanky panky in the booth, but she tells Fez that if he can find a place nearby, maybe she can sneak away for a few minutes. Kelso encounters Officer Debbie and observes that she doesn't look so hot out of uniform. This gives him an idea. At the station's booth, Donna has gotten over her shyness and is having a blast. Hot Donna rules! Eric tells her that he got a job at the bank. She's impressed. Jackie and Hyde run into one of Hyde's mom's ex-boyfriends. Roy's now the hotel kitchen manager, and they're looking for a cook. If he doesn't have to work too hard and gets paid a lot, Hyde will do Roy a favor and take the job. Jackie loves it; Hyde's going to be a chef. Eric's feeling pretty cocky when he tells Red about his new job. He and Donna can stay engaged, and Eric can pay his own tuition. Eric wins. Kelso's bright idea is that he's going to be a cop. The uniform will keep him looking hot even when he's old. He'll provide a valuable community service and be sexy forever. Eric finds out that he didn't get the bank job after all, because someone gave him a bad reference. It wasn't Red, as Eric suspects. It was Kitty. Kitty tells Eric that she and Red will pay for college if Eric will agree to put off his engagement to Donna for one year. Eric tells them to keep their money.
