The gang is hanging out in the basement when Kelso enters wearing his police academy uniform. Tomorrow he gets to go on a ride-along in a real police car. Jackie comes in with a little girl who she's mentoring in a big sister program. She calls her Little Jackie. So far, Little Jackie is unimpressed. In the Forman kitchen, Eric's eating breakfast with Red. Laurie and Fez walk through the kitchen, fighting as they go. Kitty reminds Red that no one has fixed her sink yet. It's a working sink or a dead husband, her choice, says Red. Things are falling apart, says Kitty. Nothing works anymore. Fine, Eric can do some repairs while Red supervises. On the ride-along, Officer Kennedy is not thrilled with Kelso and calls him a "chowderhead." Fez and Laurie have taken their fight out to the driveway, and Kitty asks them to quiet down. A police siren sounds. Kelso and Officer Kennedy get out of the cruiser. It's revealed that Bob called the police. The fight was so loud that he couldn't hear his program. Officer Kennedy instructs Kelso to frisk Fez. He finds a frog in Fez's pocket, and the frog pees on him. Red's trying to give Eric rudimentary instructions in home repairs. Eric is hopeless. Donna, Jackie and Little Jackie are in Donna's bedroom. Little Jackie doesn't want a make-over; she wants to do her homework. Homework's for ugly girls, Jackie informs her. Donna tells Jackie they should be doing fun stuff like rollerskating. Little Jackie thinks Donna's really cool. Why can't she be her big sister? At the Forman's sink, Eric's hesitating to work on the disposal, because he's afraid of spiders. Red threatens to kick his ass. Eric touches a Brillo pad and freaks out, sure that it's a spider. At the Hub, Little Jackie wants to go to the movie, but that's not part of the plan. Kelso comes in and tells Fez that an eighteen wheeler ran over his frog. Donna thinks Jackie has no idea how to handle kids. Fine, says Jackie, Donna can give it a shot. Donna tells Little Jackie she's just been upgraded to Little Donna. While Kelso's in the men's room, Donna, Jackie, Hyde, Fez and Little Donna drive off in his police car. In front of the mirror in the men's room, Kelso hears Hyde's voice on his walkie talkie. He runs outside and discovers that his car is gone. At the Formans, Eric tells Red he's given up. He can't fix the sink. In a slightly mellow mood, Red says that Eric may not be great at fixing stuff, but he stayed out of school to help the family. That's admirable. Red will just call a plumber. In the meantime, Eric tells a dubious Red that he'll go to work on the lawnmower. Later, Fez and Hyde are in the basement when Donna runs in. She can't find her new little sister. Jackie can't believe it. If they don't find Little Jackie, Jackie could get detention. Kelso comes in and demands to know where the cop car is. He has to return it, because he kinda took it without permission. Eric proudly tells Red that he's fixed the lawnmover. Doubtful, Red heads for the garage and finds the police car inside. Kelso runs out, jumps in the car and backs over the lawnmower. Later, Kelso's in the police car trying to explain himself to officer Kennedy. A sleepy-eyed Little Jackie pops up from the back seat. Kelso can't explain that!
